We are sorry that you have experienced a bad shopping experience with us! We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed to every customer. We will bear shipping costs in this case.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM?
An exchange or return is applicable only when
· Your request for return and exchange is sent within 5 days from the date of delivery.
· The product tags are intact.
You can request an exchange if:
· You are not satisfied with the product received
· You are not satisfied with the color or fabric
Customer will have to pay all shipping expenses in this case
· Please note that you cannot apply for a return or exchange if the items have any stains, emit, body odours, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order by emailing us at emaansg@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +65 8928 3285 before the order has been processed. Once the orders are shipped they cannot be canceled. We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
